We’re a digital-only lender built and backed by CommBank, meaning our loans are too. We believe that home loans should be easy to get and even easier to live with. We undo all the confusion, hassle and stress associated with home loans that are seen in more traditional lending channels. We keep it simple for our customers with low rates that is discounted every year, up to 30 years. Our digital application experience allows customers to seamlessly complete their application in minutes.

To sign up for the program, please complete the application form here. Our team will review your application and if you’re the right fit, we’ll approve your application and be in touch.

After being approved, you will receive a unique tracking link from our Referrer Portal. You can then share this with your customers in a way that suits you, which could include be in an email, on your website or on your social media. Ensure that you are explaining your relationship with Unloan and that you will receive a commission once the loan is successfully funded.

For each funded home loan application tracked through the program, we will pay 0.33% (inclusive of GST) of the loan’s value in commission to you*.

You will be eligible for commission 30 days after their home loan settles, and your commission will be paid no later than the end of the following month.
